   Head of Paid Search for a house of brands. Building AI agents on the side. Ask me in a year.

2. 2022 – 2026 · JustAnswer

   $6M+a year

   Built the Tax vertical from zero on Bing, and took the top ad spot from TurboTax.

   4.5%→9.5%conversion rate

   Then built an inbound phone funnel run by voice AI. The web funnel converted at 4.5%, the voice line at 9.5%. That added $500k in contribution margin, with $5M in pipeline behind it.

3. 2021 – 2022 · Google Operations Center

   55%→85%

   Set up a team that works directly with the Google Ads product group. Our feedback helped lift keyword recommendation relevance from 55% to 85%, for millions of advertisers worldwide.

4. 2017 – 2021 · Accenture

   $10Ma month

   Media spend across Fortune 50 brands. The real work was underneath: building the processes and the client relationships that let a big team deliver without me in every room.

5. 2013 · Mumbai

   Ten months.

   Straight out of college I took on a stockbroking franchise. Ten months in I could see Zerodha coming for the whole market, so I shut it down. It did. Cheapest lesson I ever paid for.

6. 2010 – 2016 · Vizoomer

   2%→15%of revenue from email

   My own small online businesses, plus client work. Took a client's 100,000-person email list from 2% of their revenue to 15%, and launched a retail brand into Europe from a desk in India. Too ambitious on paper. Enough of it worked.

None of it was solo. Every chapter had a team that deserves the credit as much as I do.
